How the therapy process works
Therapy is a process.
All you need is curiosity and a willingness to look at yourself or your life in a different way.
Many of my clients find this journey "unbelievably fascinating" - as well as, at times, incredibly painful.
My message to all of my clients is simple - trust the process - and know that wherever it takes you it will be to a more empowered and self-knowing place than ever before.

Themed client workshops
(online or in person in Henley on Thames)
Private clients may prefer to join a themed workshop that focuses on a key aspect of emotional health they are interested in understanding more about.
Learning from others who have 'lived experience' of trying to navigate these or similar issues can help clients realise they aren't alone in the way they feel and try to deal with life challenges. Most importantly, clients can learn valuable coping mechanisms from fellow attendees and from me as the therapist running the group.
